There are multiple Cleanings Plus reports that you can use to assess the productivity and performance of your housekeeping department.

In this article, we will discuss the purpose of each report and how to run Cleanings Plus reports.
The first step to running all reports is to open the Cleanings Plus app from the desktop, then click on the Reports page button. All reports can be saved as a CSV (editable spreadsheet) or PDF (view-only) using the buttons in the upper right corner of the report. Once you have downloaded the report as a CSV or PDF, you will be able to print the report from your computer.
Productivity Report
This report breaks down each individual room attendant’s productivity. View the total number of rooms assigned, number of rooms cleaned, the variance between actual minutes spent per room and the property’s standard, and the attendant’s average MPR (minutes per room).
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click on Productivity Report.
2. Select your property from the dropdown menu, then enter the date you want to run the report for.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Average Cleaning Times by Room
Use this report to quickly view the average time it takes to clean and inspect an individual guestroom.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click on Average Cleaning Times by Room.
2. Select your property and room number from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Average No Service Requests by Day of Week
This report shows the total number of No Service requests across the property broken down by day of the week. The totals reflect averages for a particular weekday in the selected date range. For example, if you choose 2/1/18 to 2/28/18 as your date range, the number displayed in the Monday column will reflect the average number of No Service requests that occurred on all combined Mondays in February.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click on Average No Service Requests by Day of Week.
2. Select your property from the dropdown, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Cleaning Activity Report
Use this report to view all cleaning activity for a particular guestroom in a selected date range. This report displays the date, cleaning type, room attendant, start and end times of a cleaning, total cleaning time, inspector, total inspection time, and inspection score.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click Cleaning Activity Report.
2. Select your property and room number from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Average Inspection Times
This report displays the number of rooms inspected by the selected inspector(s), their total hours, and average Minutes Per Inspection (MPI) for a specified date range.
1. From the Reports page, click Average Inspection Times.
2. Select your property and the inspector from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Average Cleaning Times by Attendant
This report calculates a housekeeper’s average minutes per room based on the number of rooms assigned versus the number of rooms cleaned. The MPR Cleaned section shows the average minutes per room.
- Pro Tip: This report defaults to a 30-day range from the present date, but can be manually run for any desired range.
To run this report:
1. From the Report page, click Average Cleaning Times by Attendant.
2. Select your property and the housekeeper from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
MPOR Variance by Room Status
Use this report to compare the minutes per occupied room (MPOR) with the standard time set by your property for each cleaning type.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click MPOR Variance by Room Status.
2. Select your property and the housekeeper from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Minutes Variance by Room Status
This report compares a housekeeper’s cleaning time to the standard time set by your property for each cleaning type.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click Minutes Variance by Room Status.
2. Select your property and the housekeeper from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
Cleaning Times by Type
This report reviews cleaning time by cleaning type.
To run this report:
1. From the Reports page, click Cleaning Times by Type.
2. Select your property and the housekeeper from the dropdowns, then enter your start and end dates.
3. Click the green Run Report button.
